Our Classes

Hot Yoga
Get ready to sweat! An intermediate to advanced level class, this 60-minute-high intensity flow is designed to challenge you mentally and physically while building flexibility, strength and stamina. Power Flow class will be held in the hot room. We use infrared heaters to heat the room to ~95 degrees.

Barre
This class features the BodyBarre® method designed for all bodies. The BodyBarre® method is designed to keep your heart rate up and your muscles working hard, with
zero impact, leaving you strong, sleek and streamlined. This Pilates-Barre fusion combines basic mat Pilates with body sculpting at the barre and functional movements for a low impact and high/ low intensity workout adjustable for all fitness levels. This class will be held in the Unheated (~72 degrees) room.

Slow Flow
An all levels slower-paced class focusing on breathing, safe alignment, and options for
modifications. This class will include detailed explanations of poses and emphasis on linking movement and breath, all while increasing strength and flexibility. This class will be held in either the Unheated (~72 degrees) room, or in a Warmish
(~80 degrees) room.

Vinyasa Yoga
An intermediate dynamic class that involves moving from one pose to another in a fluid, synchronized sequence with the breath. The practice is intended to create a moving meditation that can help develop strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. This class will be slightly more challenging than a Slow Flow. This class will be held in either
the Unheated (~72 degrees) room, or in a Warmish (~80 degrees) room.

Yin Yoga
This all-levels class is gentile and slow-paced, meditative, and generally suitable for all
levels of students. Poses are typically held for 3 to 10 minutes, and the focus is on the body’s connective tissues, such as tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Yin yoga can help
with stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbances, and can also help open the body and mind, and promote balance. This class will be held in our Warmish
(~82 degrees) room.

Restorative Yoga
Relax and restore. This gentle, passive form of yoga is accessible to all levels and focuses on relaxation and comfort, rather than building strength or flexibility. It’s designed to promote healing, reduce stress, and help you reconnect with yourself. This class will be held in our Warmish
(~82 degrees) room.

Lunchtime Express Flow
Can’t quite make that early morning workout? We got you. Join us Monday through Friday for a Lunchtime Express 45-minute Vinyasa Flow! This class is held in the Unheated (~72 degrees) room and is suitable for all levels.

Pilates
This mat-based Pilates workout
focuses on core strength, flexibility,
balance, and overall body awareness.
The class will lengthen and strengthen
the muscles while giving you a full-
body workout. We utilize tools such as
light weights to help sculpt the body a
increase muscle tone, core strength,
and flexibility. You will leave wanting
more!

Deep Stretch
Strengthen your stretch and build your yoga practice.This class focuses on the body mechanics happening during each pose, increasing your anatomical understanding and helping you access your inner strength while you learn how to engage muscle groups and prevent common injuries.
Coming from the tradition of Anusara yoga, this class works with the energetic loops and spiral forces of the musculature that exist in the body. This class is for everyone from beginner to advanced practitioners.

Pilates, but make it HOT! This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. We utilize tools such as light weights to help sculpt the body an increase muscle tone, core strength, and flexibility. You will leave wanting more!

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a fusion of yoga and strength training, designed to provide a full-body workout. This hybrid class is a fusion of yoga, cardio, and weightlifting, designed to challenge and transform your body!
